4. Choices

One day, after years of coaching by your parents and caregivers, you took control of your life. You were programmed by your cluture to see the world from a particular point of view and you went ahead building on a foundation of knowledge that was findamentally flawed.

Then one day in the future you said to yourself, "Hell I better take better care of myself!" as you sat in the doctor's surgery waiting with everyone else who sees pills and ailments as just part of growing older. News flash... they are not! The doctor is just part of a false cultural understanding. The reason you are in the waiting room is because you were never taught how to avoid it. That is why your parents are also popping pills, getting surgery, and also needing to loose weight.

The greatest challenge in life is to live a fullfilling life. Not because it is difficult to do so. More because you are subject to societies false influences right at the beginning and you have built your daily routines on these beliefs.

Milk is good for you
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day....

All false. 

Our society is driven by a model created from lack of truth. Else you would still be in perfect health by the time you are 80 and 90. If milk is so good for you, most people drink it, then how is it good for you? Really is that the only truth?

The most important part of this journey is to seek the truth. To do so you will need to let go of false ideas and embrase some new ones.

For example, you do not need 8 hours of sleep. However you also want to feel energised and awake. So what's the truth and solution? Life is about energy. My next topic will cover this.
